SUMMARY
Lauralae's spectral soul takes the form of a Revenant, a spirit or animated corpse that is believed to have been resurrected to haunt the living. Taking inspiration from folklore and Dungeons and Dragons (as Lauralae's base canon), the Natural Soul housed inside Lauralae is a vengeful, possessive creature, filled with dark desires and wants, at constant odds with her. What she lacks in physical strengh she makes up for in monstrous, magical powers.

Fully shifted, Lauralae appears as a pale, walking corpse, with blackened limbs, sharp claws and teeth that are too large and sharp for her mouth. With an otherworldly, eerie glow, her eyes are the most immediate and noticable thing, and her craving for flesh and blood is difficult to control.

  • Minor wound regeneration (Revenant).

  • Sharp incisors, animalistic and vampiric.
  • Intense feelings (vengeful, possessive, resentment).

    Abilities
    Wound Regeneration
    Lauralae is capable of wound regeneration at night, stronger if she has recently "indulged" in human nutrition. Fire and Light wounds do not regenerate.
    Poison Resistance
    Minor poison resistance. What might have had serious side effects instead cause stomach aches and discomfort. It's not fun.
    Paralysing Glare
    When glaring at night, Lauralae may be able to paralyze someone. When the paralysis ends, the target may be frightened of her.
    Spectral Soul
    Having a Spectral soul, Lauralae is granted some of the powers adjacent to that. She is capable of minor glamours and 'blessed' with an intense and otherworldly aura. She is able to possess others, and has some control over wildlife, heightened when used in tandem with her Druidic powers.
